I searched in stores and on line for a decorative traverse rod for my sliding door. I needed to have it open one way to stack opposite the door opening. I found very helpful conversion instructions on this website and that made all the difference in my shopping experience. I could not find a product to fit my needs anywhere else. After researching in this website, I ordered the rod through Lowes. When my rod arrived, it was PERFECT! It was easy to convert to a one-way draw and easy to install. The rings can be removed or added very easily and the sliding mechanism works very smoothly. The rod is very sturdy and beautiful! I have had many compliments on it and I love it! I just ordered three more traverse rods with rings for my dining room and living room windows. Great product!

The finials would not fit on two of my windows due to space constraints. I looked online to see if there were other options so as not to have to send the rods back. I went with simple caps in the same finish. Fantastic service, very friendly & fast service! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!

These clips are small, but I expected them to be. The work perfectly, just as advertised. The only surprise was they arrived in a small bag and it took a bit to untangle them - not too much though and, for the price, a very good value.

The traverse rod has a nice smooth action when pulling the cord. The knot came untied though, and figuring out how to re-string it to keep that smooth action was difficult and frustrating, but I did figure it out. Good product well made directions Pros: Easy to Install, Well Made

These rods are sturdy, easy to install and look great. My drapes weigh about 10 lbs, for the pair, and the rod has no problem supporting them.

I bought four of these curtain rods for my new apartment. They look great with both casual and elegant curtains. There are some curtain rods out there that are just too much and look like they from the baroque period. The brass rods are attractive and the clear faceted finials go well with my sheer white valances with beaded edges. The finials are acrylic but look like glass. They are a nice size. I have them in my living room. I am very satisfied. Pros: Rich Looking, Easy to Install, Looks Great

I have installed these track rods twice in 2 years. 1) Rod Desyn can be installed using a wall or the ceiling as mount with equal ease. Other brand cannot be ceiling mounted, so you must punch holes in the track (bending the lips of the track so the sliders don't move smoothly). 2) Rod desyn clip hooks are easy to pinch closed (by hand) onto the carrier sliders. Other brand's hooks fall off regularly, requiring a step stool to reach back up. 3) Rod desyn carrier sliders swivel 360 degrees at the exposed "hook onto me" section, so they will not twist out of the track. Other brand pops out constantly. 4) Rod desyn comes with far more wall anchors and screws than you would use for the set, and the heads of the screws are flat/philips/hex headed so you're very unlikely to strip them. If mounting to the ceiling, you need only 2-3 screws per rod and the hardware fixtures are very rugged. This is much faster to install than the other brand. 5) Comes with many more hook clips than you really need. I have the longest rod stretched full length and I only needed 14 clips for medium weight drapery cotton. If your fabric is very soft and floppy, you may desire more clips, but the amount in the box is likely still more than you need. These little clips allowed me to use my existing drapery rings for a newer updated look with very little expense. Matches my Desyne curtain rods and rings perfectly. I ordered these after I realized that the new curtains were to thin to use pin hooks. These clips solved the problem.

These rods make a perfect addition to my living and dining rooms. They are just stylish enough without going over the top. They are lightweight which is good for me because my curtains are very light, however, if you have something heavy to hang, they might be a little too lightweight for you. I love them and have gotten 4 more for my other rooms in the house to update them a bit.

These rods look much better than they did in the picture. Was wanting something to match silver and they blend in beautifully.
